Noropresh

Noropresh

Enalapril 5/10/20 mg
  • Therapeutic Class Antihypertensive
  • Dosage Form Tablets

Composition:
Each tablet contains: 5, 10 or 20 mg Enalapril maleate

Indications:
Hypertension: Norpresh is effective alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents, especially thiazide type diuretics. The blood pressure lowering effects of Norpresh and thiazides are approximately additive.

Heart failure: Norpresh is indicated for the treatment of symptomatic congestive heart failure, usually in combination with diuretics and digitalis. In these patients Norpresh improves symptoms, increases survival, and decreases the frequency of hospitalization.

Asymptomatic Left Ventricular Dysfunction: In clinically stable asymptomatic patients with left ventricular dysfunction (ejection fraction ≤35 %), Norpresh decreases the rate of development of overt heart failure and decreases the incidence of hospitalization for heart failure.

Dosage:

Usual doage range of Noropresh is 10 mg to 40 mg daily in a single dose or two divided doses according to physician decision.

Packaging:
30 tablets.
